Respirable Crystalline Silica for General Industry Online Course Description: This course is designed to inform individuals of the essential elements of OSHA’s new Respirable Crystalline Silica standard found in 29 CFR 1910.1053 and covers the basics of Silica Dust and Respirable Crystalline Silica Dust encountered during general industrial activities. This course is more comprehensive than the Introductory level course and is largely developed directly from OSHA's Respirable Crystalline Silica standard.

Intended Audience: Workers that routinely work near, with and/or otherwise exposed to silica dust and/or respirable crystalline dust requiring training and information above the introductory level. Supervisors or managers that oversee employees with periodic and routine exposure to silica and respirable crystalline silica dust Employers and employees in the general and maritime industries that are or may be affected by the OSHA rule.
