Alan Riddle is an Occupational Safety and Health professional with experience assisting companies with regulatory compliance and risk reduction in industries such as construction, general industry, and agriculture. Alan applies his work and safety experience by assisting employers looking to improve workplace safety and efficiency.
Alan has experience in a variety of industries throughout the US and Western Canada, enjoying the travel and fun people he has met along the way. Alan enjoys golfing and traveling with his wife, woodworking and off-road racing.

Chris is an Occupational Safety and Health Professional focusing on hazard identification and behavior-based safety, offering clients a better way to analyze the behaviors of employees to understand positions of risk and viable solutions to combat dysfunctional practices.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from the University of Central Missouri and has served in the nuclear and construction industry, with roles in both project management and corporate safety management. Chris is a family man who enjoys traveling, exploring, hiking and staying fit.

Jason Kraft is a trained industrial hygienist with a background in chemistry, physics, and education. Jason worked for several years as a compliance officer with federal OSHA in Idaho, where he refined his knowledge and understanding of general industry and construction standards. Jason is committed to finding practical solutions to create and maintain safe and healthy workplaces while helping employers increase efficiency and maximize their return on investment in workers.
Jason grew up as a military dependent and spent six years of active duty as an Air Force Communications Officer. For most of his life, Jason has been a nomad having lived in or visited 48 of the 50 states, and most of the countries in Western Europe. Now that Jason has finally set down roots in Boise, he can be found enjoying time with his family, volunteering in addiction recovery programs, reading books, meditating, or walking his ridiculously fluffy Great Pyrenees.
Jeff Miller is an Occupational Safety and Health Consultant focusing on hazard identification, risk assessment and technical writing for both construction and general industry, offering clients viable solutions for their safety issues. Jeff has over 30 years’ experience in construction as a carpenter, cabinetmaker, and contractor.
After a career-altering scaffold accident, he went back to school at Boise State and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. In 2002, Jeff was asked to work for a safety and risk management company in Boise and has been a safety consultant since. When Aaron Miller was establishing Northwest Safety in 2013, Jeff became the first member of the team. He lives in Fairfield and enjoys boating, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and rides his ATV in the local mountains.

Robert Denning is an Occupational Safety and Health Consultant with over 20 years working in the construction industry and the last 10 years as a Safety and Health Professional assisting employers with workplace safety on construction projects in building, commercial and government. Robert has experience working as a corporate safety officer, a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), a superintendent and as a quality control manager on a wide range of projects types including solar, nuclear, electrical, demo, semiconductor and food processing. Robert has also spent time on projects working with the NRC, DOE, Army Corps, Navy NAVFAC and the Veterans Administration.
Robert is an Idaho native who traveled for the last 20 years working on projects throughout the United States. Now that he is back home in Idaho, he enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping and hiking with his wife and children.
