Focus Four Caught Between Fatality Prevention for Construction Online Course Description: Along with falls, electrocution, and struck-by accidents, OSHA has placed a national focus on incidents when workers are caught in or between vehicles, equipment, or machinery among the Focus Four, the most dangerous hazards found on construction worksites. By definition, a caught-in/-between hazard occurs wherever workers may become pinned, crushed, squeezed, or caught between moving and/or stationary objects. When these accidents occur, they often result in injury or even death. The Focus Four Caught Between Fatality Prevention for Construction course helps workers and managers identify and avoid these hazards to help ensure everyone stays safe on the job.
